Measuring yourself takes under 3 minutes. All you need is a soft measuring tape. Your measurements are the only reliable guide across our catalog.
Always check the size chart on each product page
Curvelle sources from multiple suppliers. Each product has its own size chart from the manufacturer because measurements are not consistent between products, even within the same size label. An "L" in one bra is a different set of measurements than an "L" in another style from a different supplier.
As a general rule, our garments are produced to Asian/Chinese manufacturing standards, which typically run 1 to 2 sizes smaller than UK or EU high-street sizing. When the product size chart says "M fits 80-84cm bust," match that to your tape measurement, not your usual letter label.
When in doubt between two sizes on any product, size up.
These steps give you your band and cup measurements so you can match them to whichever product size chart applies.

Stand tall, breathe normally. Measure directly under your bust, keeping the tape snug but not tight. Round to the nearest whole number. If it is odd, round up by one.

Now measure at the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Subtract your band measurement from this number. The difference gives you your cup size.

Less than 1" difference = AA. 1" = A. 2" = B. 3" = C. 4" = D. 5" = DD. 6" = E. 7" = F. 8" = FF. 9" = G.

Between sizes? Try sister sizing. Going up a band means going down a cup, and vice versa. 34D and 36C are sister sizes: same cup volume, different band tension.
For underwear, shapewear, swimwear, and bodysuits. Write these down before you shop.
Bust
Measure at the fullest part of your chest, tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure at the narrowest point of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Measure at the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 8 inches below the waist.
Thigh
For shapewear and high-cut styles: measure at the fullest part of your upper thigh.
Tip: measure in centimetres if you can
Most supplier size charts are in centimetres. Measuring in cm and comparing directly to the product chart removes the guesswork of converting from inches. 1 inch = 2.54 cm.

If you are between two rows, size up
Garments run small. If your measurement is at the top of a size range, go to the next size.
